How to request deletion

1. Send your request. Email us from the address registered with your Raine account. Include that email address and your Raine username, if you know it.
2. Verify account ownership. Our support team may ask you to confirm ownership before any data is removed. Never send your password, Google password, payment card details or sign-in verification codes.
3. Receive confirmation. We complete verified deletion requests within 7 days and email you when the process is complete. Any required retention exceptions are explained in our response.

If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same support address from an email you can use. Include your registered email and username so our team can help verify ownership.

Google sign-in: use the email address linked to your Raine account. Deleting your Raine account does not delete your Google account.

You can also request deletion in Raine

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the identity-verification and confirmation steps. The same 7-day completion period applies after verification.

Uninstalling the app, signing out or disabling an account does not submit an account-deletion request.

What happens to your data

Account deletion covers your Raine account and its associated personal data. Except for the limited records described below, data is deleted or anonymized so it can no longer identify you.

• Account and profile: your name, username, email address, phone number, biography, profile photos and linked sign-in details.
• Content and activity: your uploaded audio and video, posts, comments, likes, follows and other personal account activity.
• Preferences and access: notification preferences, registered push devices and active sign-in sessions.

Once deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to sign in to the deleted Raine account or recover its deleted data. Keep any content or records you want before requesting deletion.

Limited data that may be retained

Payment and Gift Balance transactions, earnings, payouts, refund records, invoices and limited security or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

These are exceptions to the 7-day deletion period. If an exception applies, our support team will tell you which records must be kept, why, and the applicable retention period when confirming your request. Such records are restricted to those purposes and are deleted or anonymized when the obligation ends.

If a payment, refund or payout is still pending, our team will explain any action required to resolve it. An account-deletion request does not itself initiate a refund or payout.
