# THE BADDEST BEAUTY ## Official Competition Rules ### 1. Eligibility * Contestants must be at least *18 years of age* at the time of registration. * Contestants must complete the official online registration and pay the required entry fee. * Government-issued identification may be requested to verify eligibility. * Employees, judges, producers, and immediate family members directly associated with The Baddest Beauty are not eligible to compete. --- ## 2. Registration * Registration is completed exclusively through the official website. * All registration information must be truthful and accurate. * Registration fees are non-refundable except where required by law. --- ## 3. Photo & Video Submission Requirements Contestants may submit: * Professional or amateur photographs * Lifestyle photos * Fashion photos * Swimwear photos (tasteful and non-explicit) * Introduction videos * Optional talent videos (dance, fitness, modeling, or creative performance) All submitted content must: * Be owned by the contestant or submitted with permission. * Be free of copyrighted music or unauthorized material. * Meet community standards established by The Baddest Beauty. --- ## 4. Content Standards The following content is prohibited: * Nudity or explicit sexual content * Hate speech or discriminatory content * Violence or illegal activity * Harassment or bullying * False or misleading information * AI-generated images presented as authentic contestant photographs without disclosure The Baddest Beauty reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards. --- ## 5. Judging Criteria Contestants are evaluated on a combination of: * Beauty and presentation * Confidence * Personality * Originality * Creativity * Audience engagement * Overall brand representation The organization reserves the right to adjust judging percentages before the competition begins. --- ## 6. Public Voting Where public voting is offered: * Each verified vote counts toward the contestant's score. * Fraudulent or automated voting is strictly prohibited. * Any attempt to manipulate voting may result in disqualification. --- ## 7. Sportsmanship Contestants agree to: * Respect fellow competitors * Conduct themselves professionally * Avoid harassment or defamatory behavior * Represent The Baddest Beauty positively Poor sportsmanship may result in removal from the competition. --- ## 8. Prize Awards The Grand Prize begins at *$50,000 USD*. An additional *$10* is added to the prize pool for every verified registration received during the competition. Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of The Baddest Beauty and its sponsors. Prize distribution is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all competition rules. --- ## 9. Sponsorship & Promotional Activities Contestants agree that submitted content may be used by The Baddest Beauty and its sponsors for promotional purposes relating to the competition. Contestants retain ownership of their original content while granting The Baddest Beauty a non-exclusive promotional license for competition-related marketing. --- ## 10. Code of Conduct Contestants may not: * Purchase fake followers * Use automated engagement services * Submit false information * Defame sponsors, judges, or other contestants * Interfere with the administration of the competition Violations may result in immediate disqualification. --- ## 11. Disqualification The Baddest Beauty reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for: * Fraud * Rule violations * Inappropriate conduct * Misrepresentation * Criminal activity that may damage the integrity of the competition All decisions are final. --- ## 12. Limitation of Liability By entering the competition, contestants agree to release The Baddest Beauty, The B Standard, The Big Come Up, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, producers, judges, and employees from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law. --- ## 13.
